Our techs went to 100% using One Big Green last week. Ultimately, we knew that One Big Green was going to be a better software for us than the one we were currently using, no matter what.
I'm not going to lie. It's been a little bit of a transitional challenge, but that will come with any new software change. Even though not all the features are available, we are so glad we are starting to use the software now. Technicians can learn how it works and get a flow. As new features become available, they're just building blocks as opposed to being overwhelming to the techs and the managers.
Working with Iryna and her team has been amazing!!! The benefit of working with software this early in the development stage is that the team is taking our questions and suggestions to Heart and adjusting the software to real-world experiences. They're making very helpful changes to the app and the Back Office based on our recommendations. They are also helping guide us and providing recommendations on best practices to use the app and Back Office in the most efficient way possible.
The feedback I've received from our technicians is that it was a little hectic at first, but ultimately, it's going to be a great app. Only one week in, and I've already seen the techs feel better and more comfortable.
Our plan is also to have our exterior team use this app for maintenance when spring water routes start. We've also found success in having our technicians see the Back Office so they can see what we're seeing when they've done a service. It's a team effort, and we want to make sure we are being as transparent as possible with your interior team.
OBG has shaken things up for us but in a good way! We didn’t realize how much information we were missing from our accounts until we started with the data input. It has been a team effort to get all our things up to date, but it has made my interior team work better together as we navigate this new entity in our day-to-day. I love that my team is now invested and constantly looking for ways to make things easier and better. We are really excited to see the new features be released so we can start incorporating them into the day-to-day workflow.
We love the fact that our industry is finally getting to the point where we can be more technologically savvy! It's about time 😊
