This AI Usage Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing any and all access to, interaction with, or utilization of content, data, systems, platforms, or services operated by One Big Green LLC (“One Big Green,” “OBG,” “we,” or “our”) by artificial intelligence technologies, including but not limited to automated crawlers, machine learning systems, large language models, data aggregation agents, and similar automated or semi-automated processes (“AI Systems”).

Access to One Big Green resources by any AI System constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Policy in full.

1. AUTHORIZED ACCESS TO PUBLIC CONTENT

1.1 Publicly Accessible Materials.

AI Systems are permitted to access publicly available, non-authenticated content hosted on the One Big Green website (“Public Content”). Such Public Content includes, without limitation:

  • Product and feature descriptions;

  • Pricing, partners, and corporate information;

  • Documentation expressly designated as public.

1.2 Permitted Uses of Public Content.

AI Systems may, subject to strict compliance with this Policy, process Public Content for the following purposes:

  • Indexation, search optimization, and snippet generation;

  • Summarization and analytical interpretation;

  • Development, refinement, or validation of general-purpose AI models;

  • Research and interoperability initiatives reasonably aligned with industry standards.

2. PROHIBITED ACCESS AND RESTRICTED CONTENT

2.1 Non-Public Data.

AI Systems are strictly prohibited from accessing, retrieving, copying, storing, or processing any non-public, confidential, credential-protected, or proprietary data (“Restricted Content”), including but not limited to:

  • All authenticated or account-specific areas

  • Any information relating to OBG customers, their end users, or their operational activity

2.2 Sensitive or Regulated Information.

The following categories of information are expressly off-limits and shall not be collected, processed, or used by AI Systems under any circumstances:

  • Personally identifiable information (“PII”);

  • Client records, service data, or business analytics;

  • Financial, operational, or contractual information not publicly disclosed;

  • User-generated content stored within the OBG platform.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct.

AI Systems and their operators shall not:

  • Scrape, harvest, or aggregate datasets derived from Restricted Content;

  • Employ high-volume or high-frequency crawling techniques that may impair system stability or user experience;

  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication mechanisms, rate limitations, or access controls;

  • Replicate, reverse-engineer, simulate, or derive proprietary platform logic or functionality using OBG materials.

3. TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1 User-Agent Transparency.

All AI Systems must accurately disclose their identity via User-Agent string. Masking, misrepresentation, or obfuscation of system identity is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Compliance with Machine-Readable Directives.

AI Systems must adhere to all instructions, restrictions, and permissions expressed through:

  • llms.txt

  • robots.txt

  • Any successor or supplementary machine-readable governance files published by One Big Green.

3.3 Request Volume and Conduct.

Crawling activity must remain within reasonable, industry-standard thresholds and may not disrupt or degrade platform performance.

4. DATA PROTECTION AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

4.1 Regulatory Obligations.

Operators of AI Systems accessing One Big Green resources are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and any successor regulations governing data protection, privacy, or automated processing.

4.2 Training Restrictions.

Restricted Content and any derivative thereof may not be used for model training, dataset formation, fine-tuning, or algorithmic development of any kind.

5. ONE BIG GREEN’S INTERNAL USE OF AI

5.1 Operational Deployment.

One Big Green may employ AI-assisted technologies within its platform to support feature development, performance optimization, user assistance functionalities, or data-driven insights. All such implementations shall adhere to applicable legal, ethical, and governance frameworks.
