So we built One Big Green, a platform designed specifically for plantscapers, by people who understand what it means to make living spaces truly live.
From day one, our focus has been to help plant service companies run leaner, work smarter, and grow stronger — with the same care and precision they give to every leaf and stem.
The Visionary
Behind One Big Green
One Big Green was founded by Iryna Pakhomova, a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in the plantscaping industry.
Over the decades, she’s seen the industry evolve, but one thing remained the same: the lack of purpose-built tools for plant service companies. Having managed both people and plants on a global scale, she knew firsthand how much time was lost to manual processes, disconnected systems, and unnecessary complexity.
Her motivation was simple. And personal. Iryna wanted to give interiorscapers the kind of technology that truly understands them: their routines, their challenges, and their love for plants.
Her philosophy is that technology should work like nature itself. Quietly efficient, seamlessly interconnected, and built to sustain growth.
Under her leadership, One Big Green has become more than a platform. It’s the result of two decades of hands-on insight transformed into software that helps every plant business, big or small, thrive.
