🌱 New tool - Unplanned Activities!
Our biggest release this month: Unplanned Activities.
You can now define a list of common tasks your team might do outside of scheduled service visits or deliveries - things like site checks, paperwork, or client-specific work. In other words, anything that is NOT a service visit, but matters enough to be recorded.
In Job Settings of the Back office: Set up your custom activity list.
In the App: Tap the + button in the Schedule to log an unplanned activity. Choose the related service site (or select "Off-account") and when wrapping up, add an optional comment on what you did.
Once logged, these activities are automatically added to Timesheets and reflected in the Service Site card, giving you a more accurate picture of what you actually do for your clients, and how much time goes into that.
Pro tip: This also means One Big Green can now also be used to track the time of your office team and record the activities that should be recognized as an expense related to a specific service site - e.g. tasks like plant renovation planning or custom reporting.
⏱ Timesheets + Time Tracking: Smarter, Faster, Sharper
We’ve upgraded the Timesheets interface with:
A cleaner layout
New clickable icons for quick access to service reports and comments
Unplanned Activities are now also fully integrated into the Timesheets
You’ll also notice:
🚫 From now on, you can't close your workday if you still have any unfinished service visits - unless you reschedule them.
🔴 Historical missed visits are now clearly marked in red in the Operational Calendar.
⏩ You can now start future-scheduled jobs early with the new “Start now” option without any need to reschedule them via the Back office.
And - because history matters - all your past timesheets are now visible in the app, under the new Timesheets tab. See your hours and mileage at a glance and easily report inconsistencies to your supervisor with just one click.
🔁 Replacements: Clearer Than Ever
We’ve enhanced the Replacement Tickets view in both the app and Backoffice:
Denied tickets now display clear reasons
You can now also see who approved, or deleted, or denied the ticket and why
No more mysteries - just clarity and transparency.
🛠 During the Service Visit: Smoother Workflows
Jobs Today are now sorted chronologically, starting with time-sensitive ones
App reactivity has improved - your position is saved even when switching apps so you can always come back right to where you left off.
You can now record a pause mid-visit, not just between your jobs. And if you do, in the Timesheets, your job will be split into two parts with a break in between.
The Extras tab now has an Assignee filter, so you can track who’s supposed to do what.
And a little treat: every completed service visit now gets a digital firework- because every win deserves a celebration! 🎉
🌙 Dark Mode for Back office
Working in the Back Office a lot and your eyes getting tired?
You can now turn on the Dark Mode in the Backoffice header.
Also recommended for the big fans of the darker shades!
