We’ve just released a major feature update and couldn’t wait to share it with you!

These new tools are designed to save you time, cut down on errors, and keep your operations running smoothly.

Here’s what’s new: 👇

 🚚 Deliveries are here!

At last - the much-anticipated Deliveries feature set has arrived!

You can now schedule deliveries of supplies, replacements, or even new installs directly from the Operational calendar. Add special instructions, make photo reports mandatory when needed, and collect instant reports for every delivery so nothing slips through the cracks.

Scheduled deliveries appear right in the assignee’s mobile app alongside service visits, keeping their day-to-day work streamlined and organized. Time spent on deliveries is tracked the same way as service visits, giving you accurate hours for timesheets and budgets.

You’ll also find your delivery reports in the new Deliveries section of the Back office. Completed deliveries also show on the service site card and Timesheets. And you can also add the delivery records to the Timesheets manually if needed.

which now also covers deliveries 👇

 📅 Smarter Operational calendar

The Operational calendar is now more intuitive than ever.

New filters let you view deliveries separately from service visits, keeping schedules clear.

Scheduling buttons have been added to the bottom of both the new visit and visit edit forms, making it quicker to schedule or reschedule.

Clicking a completed service visit or delivery in the Operational calendar now takes you straight to the associated report, saving time on extra clicks.

 🌱 Easier replacement management

We’ve refined replacements to make them faster and simpler:

Open replacements now sort tickets by creation date, with the most recent always on top (while still showing due dates for quick checks). The date filters now apply to the creation date.

Replacement reports now sort by completion date, with filters applying to the closing date.

Both sections now support bulk actions - meaning you can approve multiple tickets or add replacement costs in one go. This should definitely save you a lot of time!

We’ve also introduced pagination to the Replacement report to speed up loading when you’re working with a long history of replacements. Together, these updates give you more control and a smoother workflow.

Together, these updates put you in control and cut down on repetitive admin work.

 🪴 Custom plant types

You can now create custom plant types - like succulent mix or bromeliad mix - when you don't want or can't specify an exact plant type.

Add them in the new subsection Custom Plant Types in Plant varieties and nicknames, and they’ll appear in drop-down menus across OBG, clearly marked in bold to distinguish them from library types.

This is to keep your records accurate, consistent, and closer to how your business really works.

 📱 Mobile app improvements

We’ve made the app even more helpful in the field.

Need directions? Tap the new navigation icon next to any job in your Schedule, and your chosen navigation tool will guide you straight to the site.

Finished unplanned activities now appear in Jobs today as completed, so your team always sees a real-time picture of progress through the day.

 💻 Back office UX upgrades

A series of improvements make the Back office more powerful and easier to manage.

Service visit reports now display in the walking order you’ve defined for each service.

Notifications about missed or rescheduled visits automatically clear after 90 days, keeping your dashboard tidy.

Plant counts in display lists are now fully accurate, including all individual plants in mixed plantings - important for correct pricing.

Deleting a service site now automatically removes all related upcoming activities (visits, deliveries), saving you cleanup time.

And under the hood, performance has been supercharged - long lists of service sites, displays, and large imports now load and respond much faster.

All these updates are built to make your daily operations easier, smarter, and more efficient - so you can focus on growing your business, not wrestling with admin.

Thank you again for all your ideas and perspectives, and see you at the next update, which we are, by the way, already working on! 😉
